Important Information for Umrah Packages

• Package Contingency: The package is subject to scheduled departures and availability. Early bookings are strongly recommended to secure seats.

• Customization: Individual preferences can be accommodated in the itinerary, subject to the company's discretion.

• Comprehensive Services: We provide detailed travel vouchers and advance bookings to ensure a seamless experience.

• Upgrades: Room, hotel, and transport upgrades are available at additional costs, subject to availability.

• Express Visa Service: Available for urgent situations at an extra charge. Standard processing time for Umrah visas is 3-5 working days.

Visa Requirements:

1. Completed original Umrah visa application form.
2. For non-Muslim names, a certificate from a mosque or Islamic centre and an affidavit confirming the applicant’s faith.
3. Two recent passport-size colour photos with a white background (full-face view, directly facing the camera).
4. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
5. Confirmed and non-refundable airline tickets and hotel bookings. Departure from Saudi Arabia must occur within two weeks of entry.
6. Proof of relationship for women and children traveling with a Mahram (e.g., marriage/birth certificate). Mahram must accompany them on the same flights.
7. Valid Meningococcal ACYW-135 vaccination certificate (issued 10 days to 3 years prior to entry).

• Additional Costs: GST @ 5% and TCS @ 20% apply. Any new charges imposed by Saudi authorities are the responsibility of the pilgrims.

• Unused Services: No refunds are available for unused services.

• Travel Light: Porter services are unavailable at airports and hotels.

• Laundry Services: Offered weekly by external vendors, not the hotels.

• Guests & Relatives: Relatives or friends in Saudi Arabia cannot join group meals or accommodations without incurring charges.

• Itinerary: The itinerary is tentative and subject to modification.

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 25% advance payment is required by 11th January 2025, 23:59 IST.

• Mandatory Requirements:

  • Passport must expire after 29th September 2025.
  • Valid vaccination certificate.
  • Commitment to performing Umrah in Ramadan.

• Note: Pilgrims requesting changes to packages or itineraries before or during their stay will bear any additional costs.

Relatives/friends of pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not permitted to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
